Pilot Liability Waiver

By participating in the Puff Pass DC Medical Cannabis Courier Pilot you agree as follows:

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge all pilot services are provided as a test and may be interrupted, changed, or cancelled. I accept inherent risks related to new technology, deliveries, and pilot limitations.

2. Compliance

I certify I am eligible under DC law for medical cannabis delivery or courier work.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Puff Pass and its partners from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from pilot participation, except for direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Indemnity

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Puff Pass and affiliates for claims resulting from my own unlawful or non-compliant acts during the pilot.

5. Acknowledgment

I have read, understand, and consent to these terms. By participating in the pilot, you indicate acceptance of these terms.
