Only DC-licensed medical cannabis patients, dispensaries, and ABCA-compliant delivery drivers may participate. You must be 21 or older and possess valid identification authorizing medical cannabis possession or delivery.
This Pilot tests features, services, and delivery technology; services may change, be interrupted, or ended without notice.
Users must securely maintain login credentials (with 2FA/MFA where available). Any unauthorized access or loss of credentials must be reported immediately to support@puffpass.network.
All activities will comply with DC, ABCA, and federal law (as applicable). Deliveries may be canceled if any non-compliance, errors, or regulatory concerns are detected.
By using Puff Pass, you consent to the collection of order, delivery, and identification information necessary for regulatory and security purposes. All deliveries require photographic or signature-based proof-of-delivery.
All payments for goods and services on PuffPass are made through your PuffPass Wallet, a closed-loop USDC credit system. Orders are paid exclusively from your wallet balance.
Funds added to your PuffPass Wallet are final, non-reversible, and non-refundable for any reason, except as required by law.
The PuffPass Wallet is a closed-loop system. Wallet balances may not be withdrawn, transferred to cash, or credited back to your payment source.
All wallet top-ups and order payments are considered final and non-refundable. If an issue arises with your order, PuffPass may, at its sole discretion, provide:
No monetary refunds will be processed except where strictly required by local law.
If you experience missing, damaged, or incorrect items, or a failed delivery, contact PuffPass Support within 48 hours at support@puffpass.network. After review and operational verification, PuffPass may offer a replacement delivery or a wallet credit equal to the affected order value. Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may be subject to expiration.
Merchants and drivers receive payouts per their agreements with PuffPass, net of platform fees and any dispute adjustments. Customer wallet debits remain final even if PuffPass processes a chargeback to a merchant.
Puff Pass reserves the right to suspend or terminate pilot access at any time for breach of terms or regulatory needs.
Services are provided "as-is" for pilot testing; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. Use of the service is at your own risk; liability is limited as outlined in the Pilot Liability Waiver.
Any dispute arising from pilot participation will be subject to good faith resolution and the jurisdiction of local DC courts.
PuffPass reserves the right to comply with all applicable financial and consumer protection laws governing closed-loop payment systems in the District of Columbia. In jurisdictions where non-refund policies are restricted, exceptions will be disclosed at the time of payment.
