We collect your name, contact details, age, ID verification, patient or provider status, delivery address, and order history. If you are a driver, we may collect background check information.
For verifying eligibility, authenticating identity, processing orders, ensuring legal compliance, and improving pilot services. Only information necessary to comply with DC/ABCA regulations is retained or shared.
We may share relevant order/delivery data with dispensaries, drivers, or DC regulators (ABCA/DOH) to ensure legal compliance. No personal health or order information is sold or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data is encrypted in storage and transmission. Access is restricted by role (admin/driver/dispensary/support). All data breaches will be reported to users and DC regulators as required by law.
Data will be retained only as required for ABCA audits, insurance claims, or legal requirements, and securely deleted post-pilot unless otherwise required by law.
